The full cycle — from measurement and drawing, through fabrication in the workshop, to installation and anti-corrosion protection.
Everything we build is made to the dimensions of the site. We do not work from a catalogue of stock sizes: we come out, take the measurements, draw the piece, and only then cut steel. We work in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, and the choice depends on where the structure will stand — on the coast and indoors those are different decisions.
Interior and exterior railings for stairs, terraces, balconies and pools. Most often stainless steel with glass or cable infill, and mild steel with powder coating where the architecture calls for it.
Sliding and swing gates, pedestrian gates and garage doors. We lay in the motor duct, anchors and power supply, so the automation can go in straight away or later.
Load-bearing structures for interior and exterior stairs: straight, with a landing, spiral and cantilevered. Treads are left prepared for timber, stone or chequer plate.
Canopies for terraces and parking, pergolas and steel frames for extensions. For longer spans we run the load calculations and send the drawing before any steel is cut.
Grilles for windows, basements and shopfronts — fixed and hinged. Hinged grilles open from the inside with a key, which is a requirement for escape from bedrooms.
Hand-forged elements for gates, railings and grilles, plus restoration of older work in Kotor and Cetinje. We can work from a photograph or from an existing sample.
Frames for tables, shelving, bar counters and glass partitions in black profile. Most of this work goes to restaurants and offices in Podgorica and Budva.
Small but structural work: brackets, anchor plates, supports for air conditioning units and solar panels, storage sheds and boxes for boiler rooms.
By the sea it is the protection that decides, not the thickness of the steel. Before we quote, we ask where the structure will stand and how far it is from the water.
The strongest and cheapest option, but only with galvanising and powder coating. Left unprotected on the coast it rusts within a single season.
For handrails and railings by the sea. AISI 316 where there is salt and spray, 304 for interiors and the inland areas.
Light and it does not rust, so we choose it for balcony railings on tall buildings and wherever nobody will be maintaining the structure.
Immersion in molten zinc protects the inside of the profile as well. Powder coating in your RAL colour goes on top.
