Motor installation for sliding and swing gates — with remotes, photocells and a warning light, on new and existing gates.
A motor only works well on a gate that moves easily by hand. So before installing we check the frame, carriage beam and hinges, and size the motor to the leaf weight and length and to how many times a day the gate opens. We usually install Nice and BFT: both brands have distributors in Montenegro, so spare parts and remotes are available without waiting.
We work across Montenegro — Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Budva, Bar and Podgorica. Measuring is free within 60 km of our workshop in Podi.
Sits beside the gate on a concrete pad and drives it through a gear rack. Sized to the gate weight.
A linear or articulated operator on the post, one per leaf. Articulated where posts are wide or masonry.
A remote for everyone in the household; extra remotes can be programmed later.
Photocells stop the gate when something is in the way; the light warns that the gate is moving.
A manual key release on every motor; 24 V models can run on a battery.
With an extra module the gate also opens from an app.
The motor needs spare power — an undersized motor runs at its limit and fails sooner.
Residential motors suit a house; apartment buildings, hotels and car parks need heavy-duty motors.
230 V for simple systems, 24 V where a battery and soft start and stop are needed.
The price depends on the gate and the equipment. These things matter most.
Usually Nice and BFT, as they have distributors and spare parts in Montenegro. Came or FAAC on request.
Yes, if the gate is sound and moves easily by hand. If not, we repair the frame, carriages or hinges first.
Every motor has a manual key release. 24 V motors can run on a battery.
Usually one working day, if a cable already reaches the motor position.
Yes, extra remotes of the same brand can be programmed later, without removing the motor.

By the sea it is the protection that decides, not the thickness of the steel. Before we quote, we ask where the structure will stand and how far it is from the water.
The strongest and cheapest option, but only with galvanising and powder coating. Left unprotected on the coast it rusts within a single season.
For handrails and railings by the sea. AISI 316 where there is salt and spray, 304 for interiors and the inland areas.
Light and rust-free — for lightweight structures and parts that are hard to reach for maintenance.
Immersion in molten zinc protects the inside of the profile as well. Powder coating in your RAL colour goes on top.
